London Fashion Week Mens 2018 runs from 6th - 8th January, and with many exciting London based emerging designers participating, we’re more than excited to see the menswear talent on show. To celebrate the most innovative talent, we’ve compiled a list of three unmissable shows and presentations, that are sure to make waves across the menswear sector.

From the launch of Alasdair McLellan collaboration with JW Anderson to the ASOS Menswear Autumn/Winter 2018 presentation, this January marks the fifth anniversary of the event and has a schedule that demonstrates the impressive variety of menswear design in a contemporary fashion industry. Filled with streetwear inspired designers such as Liam Hodges to the intensive textile pieces from Phoebe English, it’s a weekend to keep an eye on your instagram feeds to see which designers are challenging concepts and creating playful pieces.

VIVIENNE WESTWOOD

As has been recently reported, Lifetime Patron for GFW Vivienne Westwood will present her Autumn – Winter 17/18 ready-to-wear  men’s & women’s collections under one label at London Fashion Week Men’s.  Rebuffing traditional presentation methods, Vivienne aims to nurture a more environmentally friendly approach, by using primarily a digital form of communicate, to showcase the new collection.  Images and videos of the collection will be shown on Monday 8th January, at 14:00.

CHARLES JEFFREY LOVERBOY

Sunday 7th January at 20:00 gestures the beginning of Charles Jeffrey’s show, LOVERBOY. Taking it’s roots from the now iconic cult club night, Jeffrey has quickly risen to a menswear must-see. With an unaccountably creative and collaborative approach, LOVERBOY encapsulates all that is fun, odd and interesting about the younger generation today.

"Jeffrey is speaking to young London the way Alexander McQueen spoke to his generation."
