The Event & Projects Assistant Work Placement involves collaborating with the senior management team to plan and execute Graduate Fashion Week 2025 and various annual events. Responsibilities include managing office tasks, providing on-site support during events, compiling images for marketing purposes, researching trends, handling logistics such as ordering supplies and managing communications, assisting with ticket sales, coordinating transportation for VIPs, and participating in brand partnership initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and success of events while supporting creative marketing efforts.

Graphic Design & Content Creator Work Placement

The Graphic Design & Content Creator Work Placement involves utilising strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) to produce dynamic brand graphics for various platforms while adhering to GFF brand guidelines. Responsibilities include supporting the Brand Partnerships team with pitch presentations, designing social media graphics for brand launches, and engaging content for students and industry audiences. The role requires collaboration with the Communications & Social Media Manager and the event team during fast-paced events like Graduate Fashion Week, creating onsite graphics, working with an external designer, and producing engaging video content for social media. Strong video editing skills, especially for TikTok, are required for this position.
