Resourcing Manager for boohoo.com, Paul McNulty, ran the We Are Boohoo live talk today in the ASOS GFW Talk Space.

We joined McNulty for a factual and informative discussion, which covered all the aspects of design, production and social media marketing that are necessary in order to build a successful online brand.

The company, which has now had an online presence for 10 years, sells “cutting edge designs with affordable prices”.  Although over 4 million active customers spent £195 million on the site within the last year, Boohoo.com is still rapidly expanding worldwide.

McNulty also spoke about the importance of functioning well as a 700 strong team, and the benefits that Boohoo provide for their staff to ensure a fun working environment. The company offers some of the highest competitive salaries in the industry, yet insist that they “don’t take life or fashion too seriously”.
