Enter Now - The Young Talent of Tomorrow Design Competition 2026

The Graduate Fashion Foundation supported by PVH, are excited to announce the Young Talent of Tomorrow Fashion Design Competition 2026.

Creative design talents between the ages of 11-18 are invited to delve into the archives of Graduate Fashion Week, as we celebrate 35 years in 2026. Using the archives as inspiration, we invite young people to design two looks, to be brought to life and celebrated at Graduate Fashion 2026.

The Young Talent of Tomorrow Fashion Design Competition will have three winning outfits across corresponding age categories, with prizes including tickets to GFW 2026, an invite to a workshop in London to create their winning designs and printed and framed versions of their celebrated work.

At Graduate Fashion Foundation, we’re committed to engaging with young people to consider the fashion industry, worth over £37 billion* to the UK economy, as a creative career path, encouraging creativity and demonstrating the value of developing creative and interdisciplinary skills.

The competition is open to all students studying textiles, art or a relevant design subject between the ages of 11 - 18. There will be three winners across the three age categories: Year 7 - 9 | Year 10 - 11 | Year 12 - 13 & College.

The brief theme for 2026 is ‘delve into the archive - 35 years of Graduate Fashion Week.’ To create something new, we must pay homage to those that came before us - as Graduate Fashion Foundation turns 35, we invite you to research the archive, discover the work of iconic designers and design an outfit inspired by what you find.

You might take a look into one of our ambassadors or alumni, and design a piece they might want to wear! Or be inspired by an image from the event in 1991- the possibilities are endless. Start with research and share your thought process on the research page. Then move onto designing! Think about shape, colour and a story to tell with your entry.
