EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURCHASES

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost, stolen or already scanned tickets.

Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.

Tickets are despatched to you electronically. Always check your tickets upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes when ordering cannot always be corrected and any corrections are discretionary

FILMING

Graduate Fashion Week is filmed and by registering/purchasing a ticket you give your consent for GFW and the Graduate Fashion Foundation to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

ATTENDING THE EVENT

The right to admission to an event is reserved by GFW and the event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. 

We would advise customers that no refunds or transfers will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

Strictly no alcohol can be brought into the venue. Consumption will only be allowed if bought on the premises.

CHANGES OF SCHEDULE

GFW may add, withdraw or substitute speakers/catwalk shows and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, audience capacity without prior notice.

YOUR INFORMATION 

We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.

We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS

• Graduate Fashion Foundation or representatives of, will judge the competition and confirm winners according to entry guidelines from all complete entries via Instagram.

• Graduate Fashion Foundation‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

• The entrant must be following @GraduateFashionFoundation on instagram in order to enter.

• Graduate Fashion Foundation shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

• Graduate Fashion Foundation also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
