Louise Laing is a Digital Fashion Designer and Metaverse Consultant, and Founder of Phygital Twin. Her work sits at the intersection of fashion, emerging technology and virtual environments, helping brands and creatives explore how digital garments, avatars and immersive experiences are reshaping identity and self-expression. Through Phygital Twin, she specialises in developing “digital twin” concepts that bridge physical fashion with virtual worlds, supporting the evolution of phygital design thinking in contemporary fashion practice.
Tulasi Parmar is Founder and Creative Director of TULASI, an award-winning luxury womenswear and digital fashion brand creating garments for both physical wear and virtual environments. Her work explores identity, culture and belonging, drawing on her experience growing up mixed race in the UK and redefining what it means to be “British” through design. Tulasi has received multiple accolades including Metaverse Fashion Week recognition and Under 30 Entrepreneur awards, and is supported by JPMorganChase and The King’s Trust, through which she has served as an ambassador and been invited to Buckingham Palace.
Nicholas Betts is Founder and CEO of ZERØTEC and an academic expert in efficient pattern cutting and apparel design innovation. His work focuses on reducing pre-consumer textile waste through advanced technology, with ZERØTEC helping to address inefficiencies in garment production and reduce waste by up to 15%. In 2025, he also launched Fashion 4.0, a community initiative supporting innovation across the UK fashion-tech startup ecosystem and promoting collaboration between academia, industry and emerging founders.
Natalie Salmon is a London-based tech journalist, editor and entrepreneur, and founder of The Modems, a platform making technology more accessible and culturally relevant to women. She has held senior editorial roles at Harper’s Bazaar UK, Vogue Scandinavia and Hello! Fashion, where she helped shape digital strategy and modernise storytelling for global audiences. Her work sits at the intersection of fashion, culture and innovation, and she is known for translating complex technological shifts into clear, engaging and culturally resonant narratives.
