As the industry faces growing conversations around sustainability, technology, representation and new consumer behaviors, the next generation of creatives will play a defining role in shaping fashion’s future. This forward-looking discussion explores the ideas, values and innovations emerging talent are bringing into the industry — and what fashion must evolve into over the next decade.
Meet the speakers:
Victoria Jenkins is Founder of adaptive fashion brand Unhidden, an award-winning label pioneering inclusive and universally designed clothing. With over 16 years of industry experience, she is one of the UK’s leading voices in adaptive fashion, using her own lived experience of disability to challenge exclusion within design and reshape industry standards. Victoria has been recognised by Vogue, ranked in the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100, and has appeared on Dragon’s Den, TEDx talks and Channel 4’s Unique Boutique. She is also an author, campaigner and advisor, and continues to advocate for equity and accessibility across fashion and culture.
Abbie Morris is Co-founder of Compare Ethics and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, as well as a Policy Advisor working at the intersection of sustainability, ethics and consumer transparency. Her work focuses on improving accountability within the fashion industry by helping brands and consumers make more informed, responsible decisions. Through Compare Ethics, she has helped develop tools that measure and communicate sustainability in a clearer, more accessible way, supporting a shift towards more transparent business practices.
Rebecca Morter is Founder and CEO of Lone Design Club, the company behind Revolving Spaces, a retail technology platform transforming how landlords and brands access and manage short-term retail opportunities. Originally launched to support emerging and digital-first brands into physical retail, the business has evolved into a retail infrastructure platform working with major property groups including Ingka Centres, Value Retail and Pradera Lateral. Rebecca is recognised as a leading voice on retail innovation and flexible commerce, and has built a global community of over 30,000 brands and entrepreneurs across her ecosystem.
Moderated by Dr Dion Terrelonge, who is a chartered psychologist specialising in fashion psychology, with a focus on sustainability, wellbeing and consumer behaviour. She works with media, universities and brands to explore the psychological drivers behind fashion consumption and decision-making. Dr Dion has featured as an expert on BBC sustainable fashion programming and Channel 5 documentaries, and through her consultancy she helps brands better understand the relationship between identity, clothing and impact, supporting more conscious approaches to fashion design and consumption.

Build and explore retail mock-ups and branded merchandising spaces in VR using digital garments, lighting and spatial design.

1pm GFW Live! Being An Early Years Founder In The Creative Industries
This panel explores what it really means to build a creative business in its early stages — from navigating uncertainty and funding challenges to developing a clear vision, brand identity, and sustainable growth strategy. Bringing together emerging founders and industry voices, the session will offer honest insight into the realities of starting out in the creative industries today, including the highs, the setbacks, and the lessons learned along the way. Attendees will gain practical advice on building momentum, finding your audience, and turning creative ideas into viable businesses in an increasingly competitive landscape.
Meet the speakers:
Callie Therese Holden is a Liverpool-based alternative fashion designer and stylist. She is known for her upcycled clothing, hand-printed graphic pieces, and designs heavily inspired by retro British subcultures (such as mods, punks, and 1980s scooterist scenes).
Brandon Bolland is a London based Fashion Stylist and Creative. With experience in editorial and commercial styling, production for fashion, lifestyle and events and creative direction.
Safa Basharat Malik ‘Saf’ is an award-winning British-Pakistani social documentary and portrait photographer based in Birmingham, England. Her photographic practice explores themes of cultural identity, community narratives, and social memory through portraiture and documentary.
From Belfast to Mumbai, Irish-born Tarika Kinney draws deeply on both of her ethnicities to establish identity, memory, and emotional connection in her work. She creates wearable art for everyday occasions by exploring craft and materiality.

It can be a challenge to know what opportunities are out there for young people interested in developing their creativity. This panel talk will share workshops, courses and events designed specifically for under 18’s across the UK, from the V&A Upstart Festival to Fashion Minority Report workshops.
Meet the speakers:
Kemi Danielle Gbadebo is a member of The Fashion Accelerator Cohort and founder of Gbadebo, a fashion brand and creative platform rooted in identity, heritage and contemporary design. Her work focuses on building a distinctive creative voice while navigating the realities of growing an independent fashion business, offering insight into entrepreneurship and brand-building within today’s industry landscape.
Daniel Peters is Founder of Fashion Minority Report, a platform dedicated to championing diversity, inclusion and representation within the fashion industry. Through research, industry commentary and community-led initiatives, he has become a leading voice advocating for systemic change and greater visibility for underrepresented talent across fashion and creative sectors.
Emma Calder is Course Leader in the School of Creative Industries at Southampton Solent University, where she supports and develops the next generation of creative students entering fashion, media and related disciplines. With a focus on industry-relevant education and creative development, she plays a key role in shaping curriculum and guiding students into professional practice.
Catherine Nicholson is Senior Producer: Learning, Young People at the V&A, where she develops programmes and initiatives designed to engage young audiences with art, design and fashion. Her work focuses on widening access to cultural institutions and creating meaningful learning experiences that connect young people with creative industries and museum collections.

10am: GFW Live! Breaking Into Fashion PR & Influencing: Real Advice from Industry Insiders. Presented by F&F.
This session demystifies careers in fashion PR, communications and influencing, offering practical guidance from professionals working across the industry today. From securing your first role to building a personal brand and navigating the evolving media landscape, the panel will share real-world advice on how to stand out and succeed. Attendees will gain insight into what brands are actually looking for in emerging talent and creators.
Meet the speakers:
Tracey Lea Sayer is Head of Channel at YOU Magazine Social and founder of @trayslounge, where she leads content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and an upcoming podcast. Formerly Fashion Director of Fabulous Magazine for 17 years, Tracey has worked across print, digital and social media at titles including The Daily Telegraph, The Express and The Evening Standard. With a career spanning editorial fashion direction, global shoots and commercial partnerships, she has helped drive the transition from traditional print to social-first storytelling and is now part of one of the fastest-growing women’s media channels online.
Debbie Le Grainger is a former fashion buyer and stylist turned content creator. With a background in fashion marketing from the London College of Fashion and senior buying roles across London and European retail markets, she has worked from the shop floor to Buying Director level, including award-winning indie retailer Bullfrogs. After stepping away from the industry in 2013, she later rediscovered her creativity through blogging and Instagram, building a highly engaged audience through honest storytelling around fashion, style and motherhood, leading to collaborations with brands including Mothercare and M&S.
The session will be moderated by Elycia-Marie Ross, F&F PR & Talent Lead, who began her career in visual merchandising at Topshop Selfridges before moving into fashion supplier account management and later leading social media, marketing and brand partnerships at a fashion start-up. Since joining F&F in 2022, she has led multiple high-profile talent collaborations, delivering successful celebrity campaigns, PR activations and fashion-led brand events, working closely with press and talent to shape culturally relevant storytelling for the brand.

Explore playful new ways of visualising print, colour and textile ideas on 3D garments in real time using Canvastique3D. Using fabric swatches and physical drawing tools, you’ll experiment with applying designs directly onto garments and see your ideas come to life through immersive digital fashion visualisation.
