Bringing together perspectives from brand founders, marketers and content strategists, the discussion will unpack what brands are really looking for when hiring emerging talent, how audience-building has transformed modern fashion businesses, and the skills graduates need to stand out in an increasingly competitive industry.

Meet the speakers:

Amy Fuschia is a London-based fashion designer, content creator, and the founder of the contemporary womenswear label Fuchsia Shaw. She is best known for her viral outfit-styling videos on social media and the relaunch of her transparently designed clothing brand.

Emily Eldridge is Director of Commerce at Influencer and a graduate of the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. With over 15 years of experience across fashion, social and creator commerce – from COS and Flannels to TikTok Shop – she specialises in building brand communities and creator ecosystems that drive real commercial results.

Elizabeth Stiles is a leading fashion business consultant, podcast host and former fashion buyer with experience across brands including Next, Miss Selfridge, Urban Outfitters and New Look. Through The Fashion Brand Clinic podcast, she helps independent fashion businesses grow through strategic marketing, operations and brand development.
