F&F & their creative agency partners, BBH London, sit down to offer an inside look at how fashion ad campaigns are conceived, developed and delivered at scale. 

Guests will gain an understanding of how the panel found their roles in their respective businesses, how they work together and discuss all aspects of the process to create industry leading campaigns for F&F. From initial creative insight through to production, styling, storytelling and execution, the panel will break down the full lifecycle of a campaign and the collaborative roles involved.

Meet the speakers:

Rachel Nooney

Head of Brand and Marketing, F&F

Rachel has led F&F brand and marketing as it goes through a period of growth having achieved record results across brand health scores and campaign effectiveness. She has had over 25 years of experience across business and the creative industries. Alongside big brands such as M&S and F&F, she has worked at start ups and scale ups such as Made.com building brands and teams to grow them. She has also worked at creative and media agencies driving client relationships and getting to the most effective creative work. Rachel believes in lifelong learning and is motivated by creativity, business and brand growth.

Sian Richards

Business Lead, BBH London

Sian is an integrated Business Lead and currently leads the Global Häagen-Dazs and F&F

accounts. Previously, Sian spent seven years at VCCP managing TfL, Nationwide and

Macmillan. There she also helped launch the Agency’s luxury offering and first Diversity &

Inclusion department. She kick started her career working at fashion management agency

Hall London, under Skims co-founder Emma Grede.

Zoë Stott

Creative Director, BBH London

Zoë Stott is Creative Director at BBH London, where she leads the style output on F&F.

Over the last two years, Zoe has shaped visual principles and styling that sits at the heart

of campaign, online & in-store assets. She has extensive experience across the fashion

and beauty sector, specialising in art direction, graphic design, and video editing. Previous

roles include design consultant at Bella Freud and Digital Content Editor and Creative at

Beauty Papers where she has worked with luxury brands such as Gucci and Dior.

Uche Ezugwu

Creative Director & Partner, BBH London

Uche Ezugwu is Creative Director & Partner at BBH London and an art director by trade. In

his 15 years at the agency, Uche has overseen a significant number of its award-winning

campaigns. He began his career at Lowe's and over the years has worked at some of the

top agencies in London, including M&C Saatchi and 4 Creative, before he joined BBH in

2011. He currently oversees clients including F&F, Audi and Ribena.

Moderated by Izzy Ashton, Communications Director, BBH London

Izzy Ashton is a journalist and PR professional who’s held editorial and comms roles at comms and entertainment group Common Interest, B2B PR agency Propeller, global creative agency 180 Global and insights and trend platform BITE (Creativebrief). She is the editor of Lift As You Climb, a newsletter dedicated to supporting and celebrating the next generation of creatives. She's also a panel host, published author and distinctly average surfer.
