Anna Drust is a fashion design graduate that specialises in pattern cutting and textile development. Her work is developed from architectural forms, looking at the way light and reflections move around architectual spaces promoting visual experiences.
After studying fashion design, I have a keen interest in technology and innovation and how this can be used to aid in creative work.

My inspiration developed from Tadao Ando's Architectural spaces
"We find beauty not in the thing itself, but in the patterns of shadows, the light and the darkness, that one thing another creates"~Junichiro Tanizaki. We are constantly surrounded by architectural spaces, patterns form from the light and reflections entering the space through windows and cutouts. I became very in tune with this idea, constantly seeing interesting patterns and shapes on the walls around me, I used this to develop my collection, from design to pattern cutting and textile development.
